Coming highly recommended from a friend, we knew after our initial contact with Scruffy City Bernedoodles, that this was to be the best decision we could make in our search to bring a mini Bernedoodle into our family.
Natalie kept us up to date throughout the entire process, and our family looked forward to the wonderful pics, videos, and descriptions that were shared every few days! Once we chose our pup, we were offered the opportunity to come visit ‘Coco’ on several occasions, so that she could become more familiar with us. The hard work and effort that Natalie gave each pup was apparent on the day we brought Coco home, as she took to her eating schedule and potty training without any problems. Lots of instructions and guidance were provided, and Natalie ensured us that she was only a phone call or text away if we ever had any questions.
Coco is a precious, playful, and loving puppy, just as we hoped for with the Bernedoodle breed. All credit for her health, comfort, and happiness go to Natalie and her family for the excellent care they gave her for the critical first 2 months. Natalie has been a pleasure to work with from day one, and we intend to remain in contact with her as Coco continues to grow!
